Hey, Greg, here's a couple of questions just for you Happy

1. Is there winter in the Matoran Universe? For example on Zakaz?

2. Can Toa forge a mental link with other Toa?

3. Can Toa of Light absorb Skakdi's Visions? For example light or heat vision?

4. Can Skakdi's Vision be deflected by a mirror or a weapon?

5. Can we find salt water inside the Matoran Universe? Or maybe "salt protodermis"?

6. Is Botar's species capable of interplanetary travels?

7. Can some of the species (for example: Skakdi) survive being frozen in a block of solid ice for... a few months? Or years?

I hope you'll answer soon.

I want to ask 3 questions:

1.Do prefer that Nya married Jay or Cole?

Jammers
I think Jay

2.What inspired you while writing your books

3.Have You seen Frozen? What's your favorite song?

Jammers
I like Let it GO

Please reply!!!

1) Makes no difference to me.

2) I generally know what kind of story I need to tell going in, and after writing for 25+ years, I have a lot of practice coming up with plots.

3) I have a 4 year old girl, so I have seen Frozen many, many, many times.

Cool! Do you have any tips on writing? I have been writing my own novels and I need a little help. My mom wrote a book but she is a bit busy to give me tips let alone read my stories.

I think these got buried...

Also, the Bohrok's sets have a transparent forehead to show their Krana. In-story, do they have a transparent material, such as glass, there?

Hey Greg, some questions about Kanohi.

1) Can the user of a Mask of Incomprehension perceive spoken and written language normally while it is in use?

2) Does the Mask of Incomprehension use mental illusions?

3) Are Toa of Psionics and other mentally-shielded beings immune to the Mask of Incomprehension?

4) Given that they use aspects of elemental Psionics, would the following Kanohi still boost a Toa of Psionics' powers:

i) Komau?

ii) Mahiki?

iii) Matatu?

iv) Suletu?

5a) You've stated that there are Kanohi for every MU element, does this include the following:

i) The elemental sub-powers heat and vacuum?

ii) Acid?

iii) Anger?

iv) Disintegration?

5b) Would any of the above Kanohi be considered immoral by Toa?

4. So wait, could the Bahrag potentially ally with/join the Matoran/Agori society if the society found a way to incorporate Krana into itself?

More:

1. When Teridax took over the Great Spirit robot, did he lose his physical status as a Makuta? If he was still biologically a Makuta, his antidermis would've just leaked out when the robot was destroyed What I'm asking is: when he possessed the robot, did his life force become dependent on the functionality of the robot, and therefore lose his previous ability to simply leave the body when it was damaged?

2. Does Voporak have any sentience beyond his "I've gotta find the Vahi" mentality?

3. The BS01 wiki says that Avohkah are exctinct. Is this true?

4. The Aki and Rua were created by combining the Hau, Kakama, and Pakari, and the Kaukau, Miru, and Akaku, respectively. Am I correct in assuming this is the only way to create these masks, and it would be impossible to forge them the way you could any other mask?

5. Another Kaita question: Akamai is male, but one of his "component Toa" is female. When it comes to determining a fusion's gender, is it a majority rule? Meaning if most of the beings combining are male, the resulting being will be male?

6. When Mata Nui cured the mutated Pit residents, did he completely undo the mutations, or simply make them amphibious without changing their appearances?

7. Not all Matoran can become Toa, but can all Toa, provided they've served their purpose, become Turaga?

8. Some pages on BS01 say the Vizorak's Gate playset is non-canon, smply because it never appeared in the story. However, unlike Race for the Mask of Life, it doesn't contradict canon. So is it completely non-canon, or was it something that existed in the story, but never touched upon?

9. Non-story related: the playsets only lasted three years. Did they sell very well?

Last but not least: thank you for taking time out of your schedule to stay in touch with the fans. We all appreciate it.

Quote didn't work.

Where are the great beings now?

Many of the villian names or evil worlds through out bionicle has used a common character, K.

Makuta

Kraahkan

Kra-

BorhoK

Kal
Krana

Rahkshi

Krata

Vahki

Visorak

Piraka

Skakdi

Barraki

Skrall

Is this a coincidence? Or might it be because of "Kra-", meaning shadow, often is used as a symbol of evil, and therefor, "K" has become a letter meaning evil or shadow?

It's because if you add K's or sometimes X's to words, it makes it a lot easier to get them through a Google search or a legal check.

Hello Mr. Greg Farshtey! Thank you again for doing this!

My question: Is Alternate Universe Teridax integrating into Spherus Magnan society? Or do the others fear him because he is a Makuta?

Hello Greg.

I know the topic of romance in Bionicle has been one which you have probably been beaten over the head with countless times, but i recently decided to share my two cents on the topic.  Right off the bat, i understand fully why you and others wouldn't want it to be canon.  Romance in living animals exists for the rather singlular purpose of reproduction, and that is not something that exists within the Matoran species.  Plus this is a childrens toy and its probably best to stay as far from a topic like that as possible.  However, i feel that the relationships included in some of the older books offer a good reason to include the EMOTION of love at least.  Take the relationship between Nokama and Matau (or rather how Matau acts towards Nokama) for example. Normally he is a very confident character, sort of full of himself, but in the older books he has a major soft-spot for Nokama specifically. He is very protective of her, and is shy of his feelings. I know that these scenes are now non-canon, but i feel that choice threw away some really unique character building. Without those scenes, Matau is sort of a one-dimensional over-confident dude (no offense), but with them he gets that crutial extra bit of depth that makes his character that little bit more interesting.

You could argue that Matau/Nokama relationship is just one of very close friendship, but i think that at least leaving it open to enterpretation would make it a little more interesting. It is more fun and engaging for the reader to have two characters that you can't quite tell whether or not they are more than friends, than to have two characters that you know exactly what sort of relationship they have.  That unknown factor can spawn discussion, and ultimately that is a good thing (most of the time).

So i guess my real question is this;

Would you ever consider reinstating love (outwith what a sort of brother/sister love) as a thing that the Matoran kind can experience?

What is the MU made of? Some unnamed metal stronger than protosteel?

If there were three MU robots, could they theoretically form a kaita?

If Artahka used an Iden disk to control the MU, would he be able to use his creation powers to form another robot?

Lastly, what do the Visorak do?

The story is frozen where we let off, so nothing has happened that you have missed.

Not romantic love, no.
