There's a difference, though, between a character saying something and a narrator saying something. A character can be wrong, misinformed or lying. If Av-Matoran have a higher chance of becoming Toa, how is there only one Toa of Light in the whole universe, but multiple Toa of Fire, Water, etc.?

In chapter 3 of "Federation of Fear", it says "Carapar grumbled something unspeakably foul." Was he swearing, or was he muttering insults?

2. I bought Barraki Pridak online for $25 (Last year). The box shows the blood around his mouth, however, almost the entire head of the set is red. What happened?

3. In "Destiny War", it states that Nektann is taller than the average Skaldi. How come he's shorter than the Piraka in his set?!

1) Could be either. It's up to the reader to decide

2) I am not on the set design or manufacturing end of things, so I can't speak to this. I  just write.

3) Who said the Piraka are average? The average height of a human male in the US is 5'9 and a half -- but I know plenty of people who are taller than that (like, just about every basketball player) and some people (like me) who are shorter. Average just means average - it doesn't mean every Skakdi is shorter than he is.

3) In addition, that was only Nektann's BIONICLE Stars form, in which Takanuva, Tahu, Rahkshi, Skrall, and Gresh are the same height.

When the Order of Mata Nui freed the Barraki to help in the Destiny War, they gave the Barraki special water-filled helmets to allow them to function on land. I have two questions about those helmets.

1. Now that the Barraki have been cured and are amphibious, do they still wear the helmets?

2. In Federation of Fear, Carapar was turned to dust by Tren Krom's eyebeam. Was his helmet destroyed with him?

Thank you for your time.

BIONICLE books and story serials have referenced many miscellaneous Toa who were slain by Dark Hunters or Makuta. (You can view the "Other Toa" article on BS01 to jog your memory, if necessary.) I have a few record-keeping questions about these Toa.

1. Should we list slain Toa as "revived" unless stated otherwise? In other words, is it safe to assume that the Red Star revived these Toa?

1a. If not, then which Toa would not have been revived?

2. Charger supposedly looted his elemental axe from a Toa. Did he actually slay this Toa, or did he obtain the axe some other way?

2a. If Charger slew the Toa, was that Toa revived?

3. After Teridax's Toa Hagah rebelled, the other teams of Toa Hagah were executed by the Brotherhood of Makuta. Were they revived, or did the Brotherhood completely destroy them?

4. At least some of those Toa Hagah were used by Chirox as "raw materials" for Rahi experiments. Did Chirox do this to his own team of Toa Hagah, or to a different team?

Also, I have two questions on a related subject.

1. Tren Krom obviously knew about the Red Star's function, because he thought of it when he was killed in The Powers That Be. Tren Krom shared knowledge of the universe with Makuta Mutran, who later shared that information with Makuta Teridax. Did the Makuta know about the Red Star?

1a. If so, did the Makuta usually slay their enemies, or destroy them to prevent them from being revived?

1b. Was this the case with the Toa of Iron and Magnetism killed by the Brotherhood? Were they slain (and later revived), or completely destroyed?

Thank you for your time!

1) No idea, not an astronomer

2) No.

2. Then how do the Biomechanical Agori and Glatorian reproduce?

Well, if a human man has a hip replacement and a human female has an artificial heart and a metal plate in her skull, is there baby going to be born with an artificial hip, artificial heart, and metal plate? No. Agori and Glatorian are not artificial beings like Toa and Matoran, they are much closer to you and I. So their babies are born without implants.

Oh okay, I misunderstood what you meant.

 Hi Greg!

I just wanted to ask which appearence of Turaga Dume is canon - from the movie or set?

If I recall correctly, we usually give preference to the movies in these cases.

Greg, do you build or 'play'  with the sets that you're characters are in?

And do you even buy them or something?

Not really, no. I have access to the sets at work and to images of them if I need to see what they look like or what a vehicle looks like, etc. I don't have a lot of space in my house for models or time to build.

Oh, shame. So, you had access to ALL of them? Lucky.

1. in the Legend Reborn, in each tribe, the Agori were identical. I always assumed that they had some color and shape variation, like Matoran, and humans. Was this an anmator error, or is it canon?

2. did a normal toa look like the toa metru (cause Toa Nuve were built, Mahri came from rebuilt matoran with lighting, Takanuva was made from a rebuilt matoran, and the Toa Hagah had special extra armor)?

3. is Lhikan's Hau in the shape of a Noble Hau?

4. Did normal turaga look like Dume (cause we have no reason to believe he was abnormal) or like the Turaga Metru (because they were normal and made from normal matoran)?

5. did Makuta have access to Antidermis (it appears not in Destiny War)?

5b. can Makuta reproduce- create more Makuta from Antidermis, separate their antidermis into another being, etc.?

1) It's neither. It was done that way because doing variation would have meant more animator work and a higher budget than the film had.

2) A Matoran turns into a Toa whose appearance is based on what that Matoran thinks a Toa looks like. The Metru were never seen out of Metru Nui, so the odds are they were not a template for anyone else.

3) In Metru Nui, yes.

4) Define "normal." Since Toa can look different from place to place, Turaga can too.

5) No

5B) No

4. Then could Matoran? Like would the creators make something different?

4) Probably not. The means to make Matoran were created by the GBs, so there is no reason they would have done different versions of those means.

4. The machines? If the Turaga desired due to different environment, couldn't they do that?

1. If LEGO is a Danish company, are you paid in Krones?
2. Are Antroz's weapons swords or claws?
3. Why does Mutran hate Chirox so much?
4. Did Chriox ever receive the "gift" that Mutran planned to send him?
5. What was Tridax's regular kanohi?
6. How are Krana and Zyglak related?
7. How come the book "Power of the Great Beings" was never released?

Helo Mr Greg

1.The quick healing power of Makuta is useful to regenerate their damaged armor? or this power is completely useless for the Makuta? If this is not the case why they have never used?

2.Which Makuta has created the specie of Kraata and Keetongu? Teridax? Chirox? or maybe Mutran? Or the Great Beings?

3.The Scarabax specie are they part of the many species that have been genetically modified by the Great Beings to become biomechanics? Because their legs looks like robotic compared to the rest of their bodies.

4.A great kanohi kiril can repair protosteel?

5.When a Makuta becomes intangible is what a part of his body goes into a another dimension may be the same dimension where the Makuta takes their form when they change appearance?

So, do all matoran grow in size when in Karda Nui? Because Vultraz, Mazeka, and Vican do, despite not being Av-matoran. Speaking of Vultraz and Vican, can shadow matoran use their element?

Thank you for answering all of the Bionicle G1 questions even after the series finished.

1. SInce you've said BIONICLE is its own universe without any ties to LEGO or Green Lantern/DC Comics, and The LEGO Movie has a scene that states BIONICLE is one of the many realms in that LEGO universe, can you say that that (as well as other BIONICLE-System crossovers like the Studios Backlot game, Black Eyed Piece music video and Cinema Glatorian ad) is non-canon (to BIONICLE at least) or do you not have the authority to say so? Would you have to see it first or is it something you could say is not canon by the mere description of it?

2. Is the Tahtorak contest model not in proper scale to the other sets and models?

3. If Toa Bomonga and Gaaki had sets, would their secondary colour be the same as their Rahaga Rhotuka colour like Iruini's was?

1) Since the LEGO Movie is a collaboration between LEGO and WB, I am not going anywhere near commenting on it. Not my area of authority.

2) No, of course not. You would need a ton of bricks to put it in scale.

3) I guess so, but I am not a set designer, so would  not make that call.
