Has Annona died yet in the pocket dimension that Sahmad created?

What has happened to Vultraz?

Is he thinking of getting back to the core dimension?

Has he ever attempted to?

Has he been modified? Has his light returned?

Will you still be answering Gen 1 questions when Qen 2 is out?

I feel like you are asking two different questions. Whether or not the mask was present with the Toa Mangai during the battle with the KD, and whether or not the mask can control the KD. Which one are you looking to have answered?

Also, I couldn't fit this into my other post, but the main reason I'm asking about this is so that we have a better idea of how to run the Mangai mask polls from now on, since those seem to be all the rage these days. If the mask works on the KD and shouldn't be included in those polls from now on, then that's important for us to know, but it also opens up the plot hole of Kualus not using his Mask of Rahi Control to contain the KD when he easily could have. And if it is made a viable option, then that gives the fanbase something else to consider when polls are inevitably made to decide the last few Toa Mangai masks.

The way I look at it is that it could work on the KD, and he simply did not use it. In any battle, especially in comics, the hero might four or five ways they could subdue the villain. They don't use the same one every time. If Kualus was in the middle of a real melee, with destruction all around, he may not have been able to focus sufficiently to use the mask correctly. He may not have wanted to risk being distracted and the KD suddenly "coming to" and attacking his team.

I see nothing anywhere to indicate the mask would not work on the KD, I think it was a case that Kualus chose not to use it or simply thought doing something else would be more effective. I think you can look at the masks worn by the Nuva and see plenty of instances where they could have used their powers to deal with a situation, but didn't ... in the same way that there are instances where Superman could use his strength to win a battle, but has used heat vision or super breath instead.

Okay. I, personally, don't agree, but I appreciate the answer nonetheless. Thank you!

Well, that's because they're not heroes.

They are brutal

destructive

insane

broken

robots.

They have no morals.

They are all gods in their world.

They do not die, and thus consider themselves higher than all of the other beings.

And for them, if they are low, they are evil.

And if they are evil, they must be destroyed.

Because they believe themselves to be heroes.

But they are not heroes.

None of this is actually canon. I just made it up.But perhaps it has some truth in it. Or not.

1) What was your involvement with Hero Factory? Were you part of the story team or did you just write the comics and books ?

2) Was it hard to write the HF books since you were so used to writing BIONICLE ?

3)If a Toa wears a great Kanohi Hau with the shape of a Miru, and the Toa becomes a Turaga, will the mask have the shape of a noble Hau or a noble Miru ?

4) Did you have more plans for Mata Nui ? Or was he gonna sleep forever inside the mask ?

Can you create a mask worn by a Kiata(Mask of wisdom or Mask of Valor, for example) by carving a disk created by combining the disks required to create the masks of the Toa who are part of the Kiata?

Then, by all means, suggest your own answer. I am not married to  my suggestions.

What species are you referring to? The Rahkshi? The Rahkshi are basically evil roaches, nobody is going to grieve over their ending.

1) Mainly the books I did. I was not on the story team.

2) No. In a normal day here, I write for many different lines for the LEGO Club Magazine, so I am used to switching  between them.

3) Miru.

4) No, not at the point the line ended. If it had continued past 2011, maybe we would have done something, but we had not discussed anything yet.

They didn't live in Metru Nui, or you would have seen them on Mata Nui. They lived elsewhere in the robot, but I don't have details on where.

Depends on if people are still asking Gen1 questions, and if LEGO Company is okay with me doing it. No one has indicated I won't be able to. I won't be answering Gen2 questions, but that's not news.
