When Takanuva used an Olmak to get to Karda Nui, how do we know that Takanuva arrived in the main Dimension? Also, how do we know that the Takanuva that arrived in the main Dimension isn't an alternate Takanuva that was sent out at the same time as prime Takanuva?

1) I know that in some cases the names of minor characters were changed slightly to get them away from the Maori spelling, so that may have been the situation in this case
2) I actually answered this on this board last week.
3) They included him with the set which is why we decided to have him steal it in the story.

1) The timing was awkward - doing a story that took place during the story from the last year confused a LOT of fans.
2) I did not believe that having Vakama go bad made story sense -- he was the Toa who was the most proud of being one and took it the most seriously. He wouldn't go bad that easily. That was a case of forcing a character to do something that was against his character, for reasons that went beyond story, and I did not feel it rang true for fans.
3) I don't mind dark stories as a rule, but this was dark and depressing

It's an interesting question. Not sure if it will happen or not though, since even if the teleportation system gets fixed on the red star, Mata Nui no longer exists for it to beam back to.
