No, that is not the case. There is no biological reproduction in BIONICLE. TSO is bio-mechanical the same as all the other characters are.

well then... why LEGO dont do some approvals to more bionicle books, i mean... yeah we understand that LEGO will not bring bionicle sets again, but at least they can aprove some new books and more story... i dont know like videogames books, they can make this and well they can continue with HF, ninjago and chima
Hi Greg, I noticed that Turaga Dume is in his movie form in some of your comics, instead of his normal set form. Could you explain why? I mean, it looks pretty weird, he was the only one with realistic hands...

1) If I could vaguely recall, there was something like 25 names that were available to you for the serials. Since only a few names were introduced in the serials, what happened to the rest?
