OnionShark | 2016-10-15 12:27 UTC–5 PermalinkHi Greg, If you remember, about a month ago I asked you if the Bahrag had created new Bohrok-Kal after the Toa Nuva freed them in Prisoners of the Pit's epilogue. You said they wouldn't have had much time to do it before MN's awakening, but the story says that to create them they just took some Bohrok and exposed them to an unknown mutagenic substance. They must have had plenty of time to do that, since at least a week or more passed from the time they were freed and Mata Nui's awakening . So I have five questions: 1) Do Bohrok need to be exposed to this mutagenic substance for a long time to transform into Bohrok-Kal? 2) If question 1 is correct, did the Bahrag at least begin the process? 3) Or is the creation of this mutagen that takes a long time? 4) A while ago you said that the EP under the Bohrok Nest had something to do with the Bohrok-Kal's creation, but we know from the story that the mutagenic substance isn't EP, and if it was, then it wouldn't have taken much time for the Bahrag to make new ones. Could it be an altered version of EP, or is it a completely different substance? 5)If it is a different substance, then what did the EP have to do withe Bohrok-Kal's creation? Have a nice day |
BBricksStudios | 2016-10-16 09:38 UTC–5 PermalinkHello Greg, nice to talk to you.
1) Let's assume that the Ignika attached itself to Vezon's head, but Mata Nui was awake and not dying. Would this mean the Ignika would be gold, while the rest of Vezon's head would be silver? 2) Did you create any other characters besides Karzahni? 3) Are you currently working on Nexo Knights? 4) A Skopio is a living creature, correct? And the Skopio XV-1 is a machine, right? 5) Have you seen The Legend Reborn? 6) If so, in the scene where Mata Nui, Kiina, an Ackar are driving through the desert in the Thornatus, and what appears to be a Skopio attacks them, is this a Skopio XV-1, or the mechanical version? 7) Why do Scodonius and Kirbraz put up with each other? 8) Is the material that makes Krana a Kanohi mask? 9) Gold Good Guy is Turaga Lhikan, correct? 10) Does the Glatorian species have a name besides Glatorian? 11) What did Ackar do to become so well-respected as a Glatorian? Was it simply winning matches? 12) In some Glatorian commercials, the logo is subtitled with "For Victory-For Glory-For Power". Would this be a Glatorian motto? 13) After Mata Nui defeated Teridax, why didn't he go back into the MU and use that body to restore Spherus Magna? Was it that badly damaged?
Thank you for your time!

janwenzel1 | 2016-10-16 17:35 UTC–5 Permalinkhello greg, you once said that there is no liquid protodermis available on spherus magna because it all seeped away. however wouldnt every being that controls the element of water be able to produce liquid protodermis since generating the element or the protodermis equivalent of the element is part of controling it? |
supercreep500 | 2016-10-16 19:50 UTC–5 Permalinkhi greg! love your books! |

That's a good question. We know that one of the things that the Toa had to adjust to during the brief time they were active on Mata Nui after leaving Metru Nui was that the water was water, not liquid protodermis. Gali, while she was on Mata Nui, was generating actual water because in a lot of cases she was using the moisture in the air. So it is a lot more likely if they are on a planet where there is real water, not liquid proto, they would be manipulating water and not liquid protodermis. |
ClutchPowers99 | 2016-10-17 10:15 UTC–5 PermalinkPart 1: 1.) How are users of the Kanohi Olmak able to tell which dimension they're opening a portal into? 2.) Where MU inhabitants disappointed to discover that their deities were really just giant robots and mad scientists? 3.) You said that the MU inhabitants had AI instead of souls. Does that mean that they're not truly self-aware/alive in the "more than a vegetable" sense? 4.) You said that a human possessing the elemental powers of amber from Ninjago's dimension wouldn't be able to copy a Toa's elemental powers due to the fact that the elemental powers of the Toa are bio-mechanical while the elemental powers possessed by the inhabitants of Ninjago are natural, but could said human with amber powers absorb the elemental powers of a Glatorian who had been given them by the Kanohi Ignika, like Ackar, Kiina, or Gresh? |
ClutchPowers99 | 2016-10-17 10:16 UTC–5 Permalink5.) Are there any transdimensional threats in Bionicle's corner of the multiverse other than Tuyet or Vezon? (And is Vezon technically just more of a wanderer than a threat?) 6.) Do the inhabitants of Spherus Magna have weddings? 7.) If a Toa comes into being by having previously been an unaltered matoran who used a Toa stone, will that Toa always have the exact same type of body as Toa Lhikan or the Toa Metru (as opposed to the body build types of the Toa Mata and Toa Lesovikk?) If not, then what determines what type of body build the unaltered matoran will have in his or her new Toa form? 8.) Has Brutaka ever used his Olmak to explore other dimensions for himself? Has he ever seen two-dimensional or one-dimensional universes, or fourth, fifth, or even higher-dimensional universes? 9.) Is there such a thing in the Bionicle Universe as the mask of clairvoyance? 10.) Can a user of a great Kanohi Kakama use it to move so fast that everything and everyone around him seem to be frozen or in slow-motion, or would you need exclusively to go to the mask of time for that? 11.) Who's your favorite obscure MARVEL/DC superhero(es)? 12.) Why did Velika choose to possess the body of a Po-Matoran who had been to Karzahni? 13.) Did you create any original characters for the Ninjago graphic novels? 14.) In the "Bionicle 2: Legends of Metru Nui" DVD, there's a bonus feature in which they said that if a Toa was destroyed, it could be rebuilt. Please elaborate on this. 15.) What, in your opinion, is the weirdest canon Kanohi mask power? As always, thanks for your answers, Greg. God bless, JDI out. |

5- Brutaka, his Olmak was repaired. 6 - No idea. 7 - It's based upon their perception of a Toa I believe - if the matoran of Voya Nui were given a toa stoen, they would look kinda like a piraka, as that was what they viewed toa as being. 8 - Dunno. 9 - Yes, one was worn by Gaaki 10 - Not sure, but I doubt it 11 - Not my question to answer. 12 - He possessed him before the GSR launched. 13 - Again, bot my question to answer 14 - They would be given a new body on the red star and teleported back. 15 - Again, not mine to answer.
Sorry I didn't answer any of part 1, I didn't know hte answers to any of it. |
ninjagoa22 | 2016-10-17 12:38 UTC–5 PermalinkQuestion: What gave you inspiration to make LEGO ninjas?❤ |
ScribeGT6817 | 2016-10-17 13:18 UTC–5 Permalink
I didn't create NINJAGO. |
ScribeGT6817 | 2016-10-17 13:19 UTC–5 Permalink
The one that sold the best was LEGO NINJAGO #4: Tomb of the Fangpyre.
And I did not create BIONICLE, just wrote for it. |

1) If they have one in mind, that's the one they access. If they don't, it's pretty random. 2) I think they had and have too much to deal with to worry about it. Maybe at some point they will have time to reflect, but not now. 3) No. There are plenty of sci-fi books with intelligent robots who are self-aware, but they are artificial creations of humans, and humans cannot imbue something with a soul. 4) I would probably lean toward saying yes. |
