I wasn't writing BIONICLE four years after Journey's End.

8) They would have probably thought that they could betray him first, and so played along anyway. 9) No. If it is what I think you are referring to, that would have been written before I came to LEGO. 10) I would have changed 2005 a lot. Having it take place between two scenes of 2004 movie was way too confusing. 11) I wasn't around when first MNOG was being designed and I had no involvement with either game, so can't answer this.

P.S. Keep in mind that when first MNOG was being designed, no one knew BIONICLE would last more than one year, so no one was worrying about things that might not work with later story.

Hello Mr. Farshtey. I have a few indepth questions about BIONICLE to ask of you today. This is part 1 that I couldn't fit in. These are questions that have plagued me of late and would help with the lore and help me with my own films I'm working on. Thanks! 1. Since the Kanohi Olmak fused into Vezon's essence, would it grant him more ability to do things with the power of dimensional gateways than a normal mask user would have? Such as opening a gateway within someone's body? Or multiple gateways at once? 2. When Icarax was devolved by the Ignika and killed by Gorast and Vamprah in the battle of Karda Nui. His atoms were scattered across the Matoran Universe. If his parts reformed after the teleport, would he have survived if his form was Antidermis? Or can Makuta Antidermis not be split up so much that it's in multiple places? 3. Would Takanuva's supposed part in the Great Being civil war result in his death or a standing peace to achieve his destiny? 4. When Teridax learned how to put Mata Nui to sleep from Tren Krom, how exactly did he do it? Was it just a virus he spread into the air or did he have to implant it somewhere in order for it to take effect? 5. How would Miserix react to meeting alternate Teridax? Would he attack him immediately or would it remind him of what the Makuta once were or his most trusted lieutenant once was? 6. When the Kanohi Kraahkan was crafted, did Teridax immediately receive it? Why wasn't Miserix gifted the Mask of Shadows since he was the leader of the Brotherhood? Or was Teridax rewarded the mask for his capability in such events like the Barraki's defeat or the Matoran Civil War? Thank you for your time. Keep up the good work!
1) No 2) Split up like that, his consciousness would have been destroyed. 3) Don't know. It would have depended on what the story demanded when I wrote it. 4) The latter 5) Teridax was never what good Teridax is, so I don't think there is a reminder to be had.

6) The way I see it, it is not a mask that would automatically go to the leading Makuta, because it doesn't have much to do with protecting Matoran or creating Rahi.

3. Well, food is one thing. Sport is another. Also note that the hunters aren't really bound to any sort of code of honor beyond "don't kill animals belonging to an endangered species". The simple fact remains that Chiara maliciously fried an innocent creature for no real reason (especially when frying an uninhabited tree was possible).

In the Tournament of elements story arc, the ninja had two types of suits: Their tournament suits, and a second variant which was called "Jungle suits" in Legi Dimensions and other Ninjago related video games. However, in reviews and other sources, they are referred as "Zukin" suits. Which one is the right name? 2. In the Trailer for the Possession story arc, it begins with "the evil Chen and his Anaacondrai Worshippers were...." Since the trailer refers to Chen's minions as being Anacondrai worshippers, does that mean that they are a cult of some sort? I recall in one of the episodes, an elemental master says "What gave that away? His cult following, or the giant snake head?" 3. Where did the Ninja get their Jungle suits, exactly? In one episode, they used their tournament suits, and in the next episode, they suddenly switched to new suits.
1, 3) Not being on the story team or involved with the TV show, I can't answer these. 2) Yes. They revere the original Anacrondrai tribe.

10a) Speaking of which, how long do you think the Toa Metru were were away from Metru Nui? 10b) Would 2005 maybe have been less confusing if the 2004 movie showed the Toa landing on Mata Nui, and declaring that they would go back for the rest of the Matoran pods?

Here's a random question for you... It is well known that Makuta are gaseous beings composed of a substance known as antidermis. My question is this: Can a Makuta live forever assuming nobody destroys his antidermis? Or will their antidermis eventually decay over a period of time?
The latter.
So... they're not immortal. Bummer... How exactly does antidermis, being a gas, decay? Does it have a half-life of some sort, meaning that it eventually turns into something else?

To further elaborate... 5. The Great Beings are a group of god-like scientists. They have no social structure, and merely work together as equals in the interest of science. 6. The Great Beings don't come from any specific tribe, but rather, are more of their own thing.
I would quibble with the term "god-like." They were seen by the MU inhabitants in those terms, but we have seen they are extremely fallible and their only powers are their scientific knowledge.
Their scientific knowledge gives them the ability to create and destroy at an unprecendented level that other beings have not as of yet found a way to match. This I would think would make them god-like relative to others around them. Also, the Greek pantheon is comprised of flawed and fallible beings, so I wouldn't necesarily believe that for a being to achieve god-like status requires that they be perfect, it simply requires that they be powerful.

Hi again. 1) Who is the crimson armored robot at the end of Mirror World (the book)? And what are his reasons for wanting to bring down Hero Factory? 2) What do you envision Velika doing next? 3) Does the Shadowed One have a given name that you just can't reveal? 4) If Tobduk was a Matoran, how did he become larger? 5) Is time travel possible in the MU? 6) Approximately how old was the MU at the time of its destruction? 7) Why does Velika want to rule Sperus Magna? 8) Can GBs be killed? Thank You!
1) Wrote that a long time ago, so don't recall. 2) Probably continuing to do what he's been doing, taking out anyone who might be powerful enough to be a threat to him 3) He has a name I have chosen not to reveal 4) Where was it stated he was a Matoran? He's using a Great Mask, Matoran cannot do that. 5) No 6) A little over 100,000 years old 7) Velika points to things like the Core War as evidence that the detached, hands-off way the GBs operated was a mistake. He believes that a much more proactive approach and a firm hand are needed, for everyone's benefit. 8) Yes.
3. Could you unofficially reveal it? I mean... now that Bionicle is well and truly dead (twice!), it probably wouldn't be bad to bite the bullet at this point. 4. Brothers in Arms. Tobduk was a Matoran from an island that was destroyed. He somehow became larger and joined the Order of Mata Nui. 5. Speaking of which, how powerful would a being need to be in order to fully control the Kanohi Vahi to its fullest potential? Obviously Tahu could just barely manage to slow down time, but could somebody greater than him possibly harness the mask's power?

6) He was talking to Tarduk about the Core War. Since he mentions he and five of his brothers were chosen by the Great Beings to be ELs, and later you revealed the existence of the EL of Earth, making them seven EL total, maybe one of them was chosen through different means? 7) I know, but in 2014, you revealed the Earth Tribe and its EL on this topic around page 300.

Or it could have been a vicious, venomous animal that was a threat to all other life. Who knows? The way I see it, different Toa have different approaches to things in general, based on where they lived and adventured -- in the same way that, say., Batman and Superman both have vows not to kill in the comics, but Batman has no problem with breaking bones or hanging people off rooftops to get information, which Superman wouldn't do. He comes from a darker place.
