 So, the healing power of the Makuta is useless. because the Makuta are not organics. And a Makuta can only 《heal》 himself.

No, because in this case, it is capable of healing its antidermis. Remenber, the organic parts that a Toa with a healing ability would be able to heal are made of protodermis, not muscle and flesh. The Makuta's power allows it to heal antiderrmis
