1) You can't really do half measure nova blasts. But there are plenty of ways for a Toa to do what you are suggesting just using a regular application of their power. Lewa could whip up a tornado to disperse multiple opponents, Kopaka could make a blizzard, etc. 2) I don't recall us coming up with a story reason for it. As you said, it was a set thing that we just had to go with.
3) I did not see him as being part of a known species.
4) My best answer would be that, as in our world, tech develops in different places at different times. The fact that Kanoka were invented in Ko-Metru 4000 years ago doesn't mean they couldn't have been developed somewhere else earlier than that. Ancient did not come from Metru Nui, after all. |

1) Part of the weapon 2) Yes, it was different. It wouldn't have made a lot of sense to look like sea creatures when they were land dwellers, right?
3) He was mutated by the Pit waters
4) Via technology overseen by the Turaga
5) Sorry, don't understand your question
6) I can't give names to anything. There is no more list of legally approved BIONICLE names for me to draw from.
7) No. Matoran can become Toa and then Turaga because they are artificially created beings designed to do that. Agori and Glatorian are not. It would be sort of like asking if somebody who is 4' feet tall can suddenly morph into a 7' NBA player.
8) Choice of the moviemakers
9) To my knowledge, they don't have one
10) Yes. I wrote three novels and wrote or co-wrote 35 game books back in the '90s.
11) I don't recall it
12) It's one of my favorites, yes, because it was the only set made that was based on a character I had created.
13) No, he just chose not to. He was a hunter by nature, and talking is unnecessary noise when you are a hunter. |

2 could a Great being modify a matoran to acess their dormant elemental powers just like the Av-Matoran? |
GBailey46 | 2015-06-04 15:11 UTC–5 PermalinkHey Greg,
Just a quick question: did the Metru Nui Matoran suffer any ill affects from spending roughly one thousand years on the island of Mata Nui. I only ask becuase a car, for example, is perfectly capable of sitting out in the sun, snow and rain, but really is best preserved in an artificial environment. Thanks! |

Tatrixar | 2015-06-05 19:14 UTC–5 PermalinkHi Greg I have some questions for you: Do Glatorian/Agori have last names? When a Glatorian is a child, Is of the size of an Agori, or higher?

2. I would suggest that Kongu, as a former Gukko rider, would be far more used to ranged weapons than melee weapons. That's why he didn't discard his Laser Crossbow as an Inika - first and foremost it was for ranged combat. |
Grank_Hellsing | 2015-06-06 08:14 UTC–5 PermalinkHello, Mr. Greg! Forgive me my grammar, I know English very badly. Thanks. A few questions: 1. What would you give to mask Toa Orde and Zaria, if you could do it? Just in theory, your fantasies. 2. Brutaka will remain under the influence of Antidermis? It seemed to me that the effect of absorption Antidermis previously been temporary. A) Brutaka would like to regain Olmak? He could ask about this Artakha (formerly Artakha Olmak already done and can create it on the spot). It would be nice. B) Brutaka cured of mutations as Barraki or not? 3. Artakha can control the Vahi, not falling under its effect, as it was at Vakama? At least with difficulty. 4. If the legendary Mask will be destroyed in the MU - disaster strikes on the scale of the world. And if it happens to the SM? 5. Sometimes there is that you are tired of answering questions here? And would you like to take a break from the world Bionicle? Sorry if the question is too personal. |
