You can see a Skrall hanging out alongside Mata Nui and friends. Is this the same "bucket head" character? Why is he there? |

In the 2015 story, is it likely that we will be seeing more of characters such as Helryx and Artakha? |
| rud01 | 2014-09-20 18:30 UTC–5 PermalinkI had a question with regards to the identity of Velika's agents on Bara Magna/Bota Magna? 1. How many agents, in total, does Velika have? 2. Is Gelu one of Velika's agents? 3. Is Strakk? 4. A bit unrelated but did any being in the Matoran Universe know or find out (through mind reading or something) that Velika was a Great Being? Or did Velika shield his mind from probing?

| Artakhafan | 2014-09-20 22:07 UTC–5 PermalinkThe reveal of the Mask of Creation was pretty exciting to me, as my username suggests it's bearer (at least from the old BIONICLE) is one of my favorites. It reminded me of a few questions I had years ago that I'd never asked and made me think of a couple more, so here goes: 1) Does Artakha have any abilities that were not seen in story? At some point I thought could have telekinesis, but this was never seen in story and I forget why I thought of it. 2) Something I noted to be consistant with Artakha's powers is their ability to bypass most shields, would any aditional abilities also have that function? 3) The first two questions made me wonder, if he knew it was coming could a Hau user block a Matatu, or would a Matatu be able to move objects around inside of the Hau's shield? And if Artakha does have telekinesis would this be able to bypass a shield like that? 4) Had Teridax not intervened when he did in chapter 10 of Reign of Shadows, would Artakha have been powerful enough to subdue the 6 combatants had the battle continued, would he have taken a side, or would there be a third alternative where he actually managed to talk them down? If the third, just how much damage to Makuta's plans could that have caused? 5) Should the new BIONICLE line do extremely well (be it a reboot, continuation, or whatever else it may be), would it be possible that LEGO would allow you to continue the online serials and would you want to continue them? At least to a more satisfying conclusion for the older fans. Thank you very much for any answers you give and thank you for all you did on BIONICLE. I would imagine it to be hard, since you have to keep it a secret and have hundreds of people pressuring you about the leaks and stuff people discovered. Anyways, you did a good job keeping it a secret.
Anyways, I wanted to ask about the rest of the Toa Mangai. I know three members names where in part of the story (Lhikan, Nihdiki, and Tuyet), but have you figured out the rest of the names? Or do you intend to keep them a secret? |

With this great news, I have some questions about it. To begin with, are you on the team for the storyline, or are you allowed to give that information at this time? Also, when people were pestering you about the BIONICLE 2015 leaked photos, did you know about it's truth all along? Feel free to ignore this if you can't answer these.
Finally, what can we expect to see in the new lineup? Explosions, loud noises, more mask powers? |

I would say it is highly doubtful. These are characters from a story that stopped five years ago, and that new fans would never even have heard of (since they were not even sets). It really wouldn't make sense to make your target audience for the new launch have to go back and research relatively obscure characters to figure out what is going on in the story. |

BZP members had nothing to do with the choice of Teridax as a name. The name came off the approved BIONICLE list, as all names did. |
