Dear ,Greg (or ScribeGT as that is your username)

I like your stories very much and so do my brothers (All 3 of them) they have great plot detail and wonderfully portray the characters emotions. And still I have notices 1 problem with your novels: They have no flow. Like they were written by someone who was more used to writing thing such as text books, or encyclopedias. Not a HUGE problem, in fact quite minor, just wanted to point that out, still great books.

Thanks for answering my questions, Greg! I have a few more:

1) Since you're not on the Ninjago story team, how much information do you get about the characters and major story events before you write Ninjago stories?

2) Now that you're not responsible for conveying the main story of Ninjago, Legends of Chima, or Hero Factory like you were with BIONICLE, how do you decide what stories you want to tell in your books?

3) The timeline placement of the fourth Ninjago graphic novel is kind of confusing. Does it take place before Pythor is released and Lloyd joins the Ninja, or after?

4) Do you watch the Ninjago TV show? What do you think of it?

5) Other than the graphic novels, what was your favorite Ninjago story to write?

6) Did you write Lloyd Garmadon's Blog for the LEGO Club website? If not, who did? I ask because I know you've done features for the LEGO Club website before. I was sad when that only got two or so chapters.

7) Your daughter's two years old now. Have you introduced her to LEGO Duplo yet, and if not, are you planning to?

8) Do you enjoy seeing your prose stories illustrated, like the BIONICLE young readers books or your Ninjago and Chima stories?

9) Since BIONICLE ended, what kinds of things have you written for the LEGO Group that might surprise people?

Hey Greg!

You may not like this question, but I really want to ask it. Embarrassed There have been many epic 1 v 1 battles in the BIONICLE story. Takanuva vs. Makuta, The Shadowed One vs. Makuta, and Axonn vs. Brutaka are all great examples of epic battles. So my question is this: THEORETICALLY, which two characters that have never fought before would you like to see fight the most?

Thanks!

p.s. I love you. Happy Happy Wink

Why did the Bionicle series eventually move to comics instead of books?

It was comics from 2001 - 2010 and books from 2003 - 2010 (the books in 2003 covered the 2001, 2002, and 2003 story).  They ended both at the same time.

Oh my goodness, will this finally be the change to chat with you Greg? My name's Nick and I'm a 100% Bionicle fan in heart and soul. Say, here's a question I've got for you: What does Toa Varian look like? You know, the whole Bionicle storyline touched me, but I especially like the story of Toa Varian! How she became friends with Norik and later was trapped in a statis tube by the Shadowed One, I so liked reading about that part! I liked it so much that I've created a Toa Varian by myself. And this may be a little too much asked, but, could you make my version of Toa Varian canon? You really won't regret my MOC being part of the storyline, I am, if I may say so myself, a very experienced Bionicle artist. I started building at my 7th, and I'm 15 right now! If you would give me a change, I would send you the pictures of my Toa Varian MOC. I hope you'd like her, and, to spoil some stuff, she's got Furno XL's cape and her Calix has the shape of the Roden. She also uses Axonn's axe-halves as her blades! They really fit onto her Hero Factory bone-build arms (covered with Bohrok shells). And I gave her dark blue eyes. The only thing she misses is the disc-launching shield, but I'll add that on! I've already put an overview of her on my Youtube channel, but she's changed a lot since then... And to really complete her, I'll need two of the black 'Triangel' parts... But after that, I'm sure it will be the greates representation of Toa Varian ever! And I really hope you want to give me a change, because Toa Varian is one of my favorite Bionicle characters, and Bionicle is my favorite thing in life!

Ok, I've came back to disrupt your busy life by reading this post. Joking

1. What is your favorite Alternate Dimension? For your convienance, I will put down the semi-official names. Joking A. The Kingdom. B. The Toa Empire. C. The Melding. D. Spherus Magna.

2. What's your second favorite theme (the first of course being BIONICLE)?

3. Why is Lariska your favoirite Dark Hunter to write about (other than she's plain awesome Joking)?

A word of advice: You seem a bit rough on the edges. Use emotes to tell us you're glad that you have fans instead of making it look like you just do this because you HAVE to.

1) I don't really have a favorite

2) In terms or story or sets?

3) Because I created her.

Those folks who remember me from BZP know that my answers tend to be straight and to the point, because i am trying to get through as many questions as I can in a sitting so people don't have to wait forever for answers. If I didn't want to be here, I wouldn't have agreed to be or be spending my weekend time doing this. The fact that I did and I am I think says more than a smiley face would.

2. Just whatever. Both if you like.

OK, that makes sense. Thank you for your time!

It's an honor to chat with you Mr. Farshtey I have some questions to ask you, and I am a big fan of yours!

1) Is Ninjago going to have a new season and did you write a brand-new storyline?
2) Why did the story serials on BIONICLEstory discontinue? Will there be more?
3) On Hero Factory, is Brain Attack the final battle or there is one final wave coming soon?
4) Did you write the storyline on Chima?
5) What really happened at the final chapter of Exo-Force since it ended in a cliffhanger?
6) Can you share a sneak preview of a new project that you're working on or a overview of a devlopment storyline for a theme that has been released?
7) Why did Ninjago take a hitaus?

Mr. Farshtey, please answer my questions please. I've known about you since I was 6 and was playing with a bunch of themes that you have created the stories of and have really enjoyed them!

I am a fan of:

BIONICLE
Chima
Ninjago
Exo Force
Hero Factory

And more!
You're awesome!
It's a big pleasure to meet you!

Great, great Grey Farshtey, I've got another important question for you. Here it comes: is 'acid' and element of Bionicle? Until now, all of the Bohrok powers have become elements, except of acid! It would be so awesome, a Toa of Acid! And please, if it is an element, let it be a female element. Because there are just much too many male Toa...

This is my first day hearing of Greg. So please excuse my ignorance. But I have some questions for you Greg.
1. Can you give us some tips on how to write good stories?
2. Will there be anymore Ninjago sets? Episodes maybe?
3. This is the last one, when will Chima ONLINE open beta come out?

1) One of the important things is to treat your characters as real people, in a way. If you try to force them to do things in your story that they wouldn't normally do, then it  becomes hard to write, because they stop being predictable. And predicting what they do  next is part of your job as a writer.

2) Yes and yes.

3) Don't know

I have a couple more questions.

1. Why is your username ScribeGT6817

2. When will the new sets and episodes come out?

3. How did you become involved with LEGO?
