I don't have specific info on this. It's not something we bothered to calculate back when. |

1) It's not always necessary or practical to do. 2) GBs use tech. They don't have powers. 3) Yes, that was part of the original plan. 4) They look considerably different 5) To a Toa, because the Ignika had not encountered Glatorian yet 6) Anything armed will be perceived by a Baterra as a threat. |
kyle7475 | 2014-08-26 14:57 UTC–5 Permalink4) Well, I 'm actually going to have the Toa take a direct hit from a frag grenade--you think he could take that kind of punishment? |

I always thought the Avohkii and Av-Matoran were the safeguard. |
kyle7475 | 2014-08-26 15:08 UTC–5 Permalink3) Basically, I'm just wondering if their pistons acutally do anything. I mean, it makes sense for them to work with the muscles in giving power for movemnet, right? |
FrozenAssasin | 2014-08-26 18:05 UTC–5 PermalinkHello,Greg. Here are a few questions for you. Hopefully you will answer them. 1) Do the GB posess the level of technology required for interstellar travel? If yes, did they visit any other planets and "create" life on them ? |
XTGNecro | 2014-08-26 18:12 UTC–5 PermalinkSo, if they knew Velika was missing, why didn't they do anything about it? |
XTGNecro | 2014-08-26 18:34 UTC–5 PermalinkAnother question.
Can Lehvak-Kal ever get back to land? What does he even do up there? |
kyle7475 | 2014-08-26 18:45 UTC–5 PermalinkFinal Questions:
1) Are the Brain and Lungs the only "vital" organs in an MU inhabitant?
2) I may have asked you this question before, so I'm sorry if this is annoying you: I remember you saying that MU inhabitants don't have a circulatory system, but I always imagined them as having hydraulics. Does that seem feasible to you? |
WOLF66849 | 2014-08-26 23:27 UTC–5 PermalinkHey Greg, I have a few questions if you could answer them:
1. Was it originally planned to turn any of the Shadow Matoran from Karda Nui into Toa, and if so which one?
2. If Bo-Matoran prefer to live in Jungle type areas, away from civilization, does that make them any more primal than a normal Matoran.
3. To what extent can beings with the Element of Plasma survive heat? To the point of standing in fire, or swimming in lava?
4. In sands of Bara Magna, Berix said he was trying to collect parts to possibly become a Glatorian one day. Does that mean that it is possible for an Agori to become a Glatorian?
5. How strong would you say the elemental abilities of a Turaga Nui be? |
NatoGreavesy | 2014-08-27 02:18 UTC–5 PermalinkThere's been a long discussion on BZPower debating who Velika's agents on Bara Magna were. At present, the top three suspects are Vastus, Atakus and Metus, in that order. Can you confirm if any of these beings were indeed Velika's agents? |
jadeboy1 | 2014-08-27 05:07 UTC–5 PermalinkHello, Mr Farshtey. I have a few rather specific question back from the early days. Back in MNOG, Kapura, a Ta-Matoran, gained the ability to travel great distances very quickly by moving very slowly and focusing on where he wanted to go. This is an ability that I don't recall being demonstrated by any other being in the MU (Kakama users being exempt as well, due to their Kanohi). My questions are these:
1) Is this a truly unique ability? If not, then why has no other user been shown with this ability?
2) How is Kapura able to use said ability? At the time, Kapura wore a Matoran Pakari (a mask that would not enable such a feat, even if he were able to fully tap into it).
And 3) Does this hint at something? While we've seen beings who could teleport or move at incredible speeds, we've never seen one of this size.
Apologies if you've answered these questions already. I could not find any information hinting at where the ability comes from and why this character in particular would be granted it. |

I have no info on this. The people who wrote the original story bible, where this was first mentioned, never explained anything about it, so I have no idea what their intent was. That's why I largely stayed away from it in story. |

What do you suggest? They had no means to retrieve the MU robot and couldn't even be sure that is where he was. Once an initial search did not turn up anything, there was not much they could do about it. |

1) Not much to do. The only way he could get back down is if his orbit degrades, in which he will burn up on re-entry. |
