Hi, Mr. Farshtey. I wanted to ask: Is there any particular Fanon characters or stories you liked? (assuming you have the time to read some of the stories. Some of them are pretty long.)

In MoL, it was said the Avohkii "chose" who would be its herald, and it acted as a compass of sorts to put Takua on his journey. Does the Avohkii posses some form of intelligence or sentience? If not, what would explain this behavior? Also, Turaga Nokama translated writing on the back of the Avohkii, which explained the seventh Toa would destroy the Makuta. What specifically did it say? And who put the writing there?

After all, they were initially built to be blank clones, and then started glitching out and developing emotions. How can "love" not be possible when "anger" "fear" "happiness" and "sadness" are?
Simple. Humans and most other species have a biological imperative to reproduce. The notion of romantic love among humans really did not even start until the Middle Ages, and usually went along with that imperative (yes, there are people who fall in love and can't have or don't want to have children, but you get my point -- in nature, an animal that cannot produce children will normally not get a mate.) MU characters cannot and are not intended to produce offspring. Therefore, there was no reason for either the GBs or Velika to give them that emotional capacity or concept. It would serve no purpose, and this is in the end a big machine -- you try to avoid introducing things that serve no purpose.
Does this mean that Velika is responsible for the virus that gave the residents of the MU these feelings? Anyway, it would make sense if it was just Velika, considering Velika wasn't truly thinking things through literally and was just like "I want to give them emotions TROLOLOLOLOL."

I also forgot to mention fanon Kanohi, as well.

Is Tahu able to take off the Golden Armour? If so, would he lose the Makuta powers granted to him if a piece did fall off?

I have a policy of not reading fan fiction. That way, I can't get accused of using someone else's ideas.

As I have stated, if it were up to me, we would not pick up where we left off, because it would be too confusing for new fans.

1) I would call that a myth. It does not fit in with anything else I ever saw written about the mask (by people other than me). 2) I don't know the specifics of what it said, or who was intended to have made the mask in the first place.

Yes, Velika was responsible for what fans are calling the Awakening.
