1) No, I had nothing to do with the movie. 2) Hasn't been revealed. 3) Firm plans were usually done about two years ahead of time, for main story. But a lot of the stuff I did in the books I came up with on the spur of the moment.

Which comics are you referring to? I probably did a few for LEGO Magazine and Daniel Lipkowitz did some too. I'm not aware of there being others.
