1) Three reasons: one, if everything gets revealed, then BIONICLE loses its mystique. And when I revealed Teridax's name, the fan base all started complaining because they didn't like it. The same thing would happen again here, because no name will ever be as cool as people imagine it could be. Why go through that again? And three, who TSO was before is irrelevant -- what matters is who he is now. It's like The Joker's real name ... it doesn't matter, he's not that person anymore.

The Overlord told Lord Garmadon in "The Day Ninjago Stood Still" that when he wears the Helmet of Shadows, he will have the strongest army. Although, the Stone Army was frozen by the First Spinjitzu Master, how did the Overlord know the army will come back?

Well, the Legion of Darkness Hero Factory novel details one of the early adventures of Hero Factory. Beyond that, I don't know of any plans to go more into the backstory.

I am not questioning your accuracy, but I wrote that book 2.5 years ago and really don't remember it.

I think there is a big difference between doing a chore and taking on a completely unknown kind of a job that maybe he didn't really think he was qualified for.
