That is what I thought but the six you are talking about were in movie 1 but there turaga where named after the toa in the second movie. it is kind of confusing
We did a story about the origin of the Mata. They were created long before the Toa Metru came into being.

I'm a big Ninjago fan, its a great theme! So, I wanted to ask...
How did you get the idea of the Serpentine? Sure, talking, humanoid snakes are in mythology (Nagas), but how did you think up the Serpentine? I'm surprised you didnt do one that could turn things to stone (Like Medusa).

No, Hewkii did not die. Hewkii appeared in comics and novels throughout the year.

I didn't think them up. I am not on the Ninjago story team, I just write the graphic novels.
