Hey Greg,

Do you have any favorite novels? Please specify which they are. ALSO, what inspired you to become such an awesome writer?

1) Hmmmm ... I have never been a huge novel reader, really, though I have been reading a lot of mysteries lately. The earliest novel I can remember reading was The Hound of the Baskervilles. I tend to read a lot of history.

2) I have been writing since I was in fourth grade. By high school, I discovered that writing was a great way to make friends, especially if you were writing humor.

Brick blue Greg,

Another couple of questions:

First: When did you start you LEGO career and how?

Second: How did you get involved with NigaGo?

1) I came to work for LEGO Company in October, 2000. I was looking to relocate to CT from PA and I saw an ad online for a LEGO Club Writer and applied.

2) I had done some BIONICLE work with Papercutz when they were reprinting the old comics as graphic novels, so when they got the license to do the Ninjago books, they asked if I would work on them.

Hello Mr. Farshtey,
1) Could any of the Barraki be of the three Steltian species (Sidorak, Krekka or Gladiator)?
2) Dozens of new species were introduced in the Dark Hunter book. Would it be reasonable to assume that some were of the same as the Barraki?
3) Could any three random Toa form a Kaita? Or did those three have to be destined to form one?
(like could Tahu, Iruini and Krakua form one)?
4) Were there any major Metru Nui sized cities on the Southern Continent, or were they isolated Koro?
5) How and when was the idea of introducing secondary elements (like plasma or gravity) born?
6) Would Skakdi of secondary elements follow the same color code as Matoran/Toa? (Ex: a Skakdi of Plasma being orange and white)?
7) Prior to evolving into pure Antidermis, could a Makuta have been sent to the Red Star?
8) If so could deceased Makuta be there?
9) Is Nidhiki in the Red Star?
Thank you so much for your time

Hi Greg,

I have a question. If a Makuta made of antidermis was killed would they be teleported to the Red Star?

Brick blue Greg,

Yet another pair of questions:

First: Did you have any LEGO experience in your past? (childhood, ealry adulthood?)

Second: Has working with LEGO affected anything in your life? (or is that a little personal?)

Third: How much do you enjoy working with LEGO?

I've always wondered if the Inika masks were changed by the effects of the red lightning, or if the masks are the normal looks for those masks.

I am pretty sure they were changed.

Coolio, I was wondering because on Biosector01 they have the Inika masks listed as the official image, instead of listed as an alternate version, altered in apperance due to the effects of the red lightning. Thaks foe helping clarify! Wink Happy

Hey, Greg! Your name reminds me of someone. He is from a book series, but I just can't put my finger into it...aw, well!

  1. How much fun is it to write stories?
  2. Do you like the G.I. Joes?
  3. Is Stormer awesome or what?
  4. In your opinion, tell me what you like best: BIONICLE, Ninjago, or Hero Factory?

For those G.I. Joe lovers and Cobra haters, here is a message for you: Hoo ah, YO JOE!

Who are you?

Are you Greg?

What's your mother's middle name?

P.S. That last question was a joke. No need to answer it, I don't want to know.

Put it up, please!
