If there was a BIONICLE  budget, yes. But BIONICLE was cancelled three years ago and there is no budget that can be put toward this line. I did the stories as just an extra thing on top of my regular LEGO job, any other writer is going to be need to be paid for their work.

1) It was basically a movie thing, to show they were activated. I don't think we had them glow in the original animation in 2001.

For the third question, I was talking about the Karzahni plant we saw during 2004-2005, the Morbuzakh prototype.

Apart from that, I have a other question:
- How do the Red Star know when somebody is dead and must be teleported? Is there some kind of marker inside the UMians? Their lifestones, maybe?

Yeah, I do that sometimes if I need time to think about the answer. I would think there would be a number of ways it could know, for example, heat signatures. Lifestones is another possibility.

I think rather than having one particular mission, it will probably be an opportunistic organization like the DH was.

And I just have one more teensy-weensy little question:

 

I know that Takua was invented before you came along to work with the Story Team - he was in the Mata Nui Online Game and all that. Nonetheless, do you have any idea why he was given a blue mask? My thinking is that it was to distinguish him from the other Ta-Matoran (and possibly hint at his actual identity), is that right?

No idea. As you say, he was before my time and I really had zip to do with his character for the most part, until he became Takanuva.

Storm, in all honesty, if I had an idea for a new LEGO theme (and I don't) I wouldn't share it on a public message board. The idea would be something I would pass on to the right people at LEGO Company in case they wanted to do something with it.
